K so I probably should’ve called it Getin40days. For me, and just me, I am committing to getting into-and under- a natural water source every day, because that is what makes me feel best. That’s just me. A bunch people reached out asking if their hot tub or bath tub or cold shower counted. (Of course!) There are many ways to meditate, reflect, commune and be nourished and refreshed with water. A few are committing to drinking a gallon of water a day, or getting back into a bikini by the end of their dipping. Do what works for YOU. It’s all cool with water, and daily ritual is restoring during times of uncertainty.

Breathe, enjoy, and be reminded that it’s elemental goodness is what you are made of- 70 % of you is water. Same with the earth. Pretty cool, eh? Cheers to that.

The natural healing force within each of us is the greatest force in getting well.

Two pics sent to me yesterday. One was from a former navy seal and one came from a gal with a business called “The Zen of Slow Cooking?” (Hmm. which pic is which?:)

As Rumi says;

” There are a thousand ways to kneel and kiss the ground; there are a thousand ways to go home again…”

It’s all good!
